Jeff Josenhans is a prominent and highly respected food and beverage professional with over 25 years of extensive knowledge and expertise in the global wine, beer, and spirits industry. He has held positions on multiple corporate Food and Beverage teams within the luxury Hospitality sector, as well as leading F&B programs at renowned hotels. Jeff is an innovator within the bar and cocktail realm, credited with introducing significant advancements such as aging cocktails in barrels, creating custom amaros, and developing non-alcoholic craft beer. He holds certifications as a Sommelier and Cicerone and has achieved success in numerous mixology competitions.

Chris Johnston, affectionately known as "the mad scientist," along with his wife Melody, are the proud owners of Middle Ridge Winery and Art Gallery in Idyllwild, California. Chris is an internationally acclaimed winemaker, having produced an impressive collection of 67 award-winning wines in the past decade alone. Notably, his Bordeaux-inspired wine, Coyote Run, emerged as the first-place winner out of 1,400 international entries. Chris possesses an extraordinary palate and a remarkable talent for crafting exceptional wines.

Jag Asher began his business experience as a bartender on Miami Beach, followed by managing restaurants with multi-million-dollar budgets. He then transitioned into executive positions within academia and corporate America. As an executive for more than 30 years, Jag extended his experiences in strategic planning, administration, and operations. He honed his skills as a quintessential visionary with the ability to inspire and execute.

James Washington, a former two-time Super Bowl champion with the Dallas Cowboys, currently serves as the President of the NFL Alumni-Southern California Chapter, as President for the Rose Bowl Institute and he is the Founder of Shelter 37, a charitable organization dedicated to assisting at-risk youth in Southern California. James developed a deep appreciation for fine wines through his extensive visits to wineries and exploration of various wine varietals. Upon discovering BARACHÉ, James recognized the potential and became enthusiastic about being part of this exceptional team within the wine industry.
